Using the CND Over The Top Effects Kit is a breeze. First, if you want to customize the color of your nails, you can mix the pigments into sculpting powder or gel. Just take a small amount of the powder or gel and add a bit of the pigment, then stir well until you get the color you like.
If you're going for a layered look, apply Shellac® on your nails first. Once it's dry, layer the Over The Top Effects pigment over it to add that bold color. Finish it off with the Shellac No - Wipe+ Top Coat.
When applying, make sure to do it in a well - lit area so you can see the color clearly. And don't use too much at once, as a little goes a long way.
