To use this device, first, wash and dry the area you want to treat. Then, attach the power supply and plug it into a wall outlet. Turn on the device and place it directly on the skin over the treatment area for 15 - 20 minutes. Don't move or wave the device during treatment. You can use a clock or timer if you want. After treatment, press the power button to turn it off. The device will automatically shut off after 20 minutes. For the best results, use it daily, but don't exceed 3 treatments per day per area. If the device doesn't turn on, check if the power supply is firmly in the outlet and the power cord is firmly in the handle, and make sure the On/Off button is turned on. If the device shuts off before 20 minutes, it's just the auto - shutoff feature. And if some lights seem off, remember the infrared lights are invisible to the eye.
