Using this OPI nail lacquer is super easy. First, make sure your nails are clean and dry. Apply a base coat and let it dry completely. Then, apply one thin layer of this icy blue - violet nail lacquer. Wait for it to dry and then add a second coat for a more intense color. Finish with a top coat to make it last longer. When using, avoid contact with eyes and mouth. If it gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water.
